1. Language Updates
AWS Certified Developer Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate
AWS released an update on August 10, 2021 that included a modification to the language for the AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate exam and AWS Certified Developer Associate exam. This update introduced new languages like French (France), German (Brazil), Italian (Brazil), Spanish (Latin America), and Portuguese (Brazil) that will be made available in the near future. AWS announced that candidates can now access the AWS Certified SysOps Associate (SOA–C02) exam from their official page on July 27, 2021. However, the AWS Certified SysOps AdministratorAssociate exam is created for those in the role of systems administrators with the ability to execute a systems operations role. AWS Recertification: Maintaining your certification
AWS Certifications are valid for only three years. To maintain your AWS Certified status, you will need to demonstrate your skills using the recertification process. 1. Recertification for Foundational-level certification
Take the Cloud Practitioner exam.
Recertifying by taking the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner exam again is possible. You can also use a 50% discount voucher from your AWS Certification account to recertify. You can also fulfill the recertification requirement through passing any Associate or Professional exam.
2. Recertification is required for the Associate-level certification
Take the Associate exam
For the certification you already hold, you can take the Associate level certification exam. If you have an AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate certification, you can retake it for recertification.
